InsightPier is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst platform that helps RAs manage subscribers, publish recommendations, and grow their advisory business — all in one place.

Any SEBI-registered Research Analyst can onboard. You will need your SEBI registration number, a valid SEBI-validated UPI handle in the format name.ra@validbankname, and a completed profile with all required disclosures.

InsightPier is purpose-built for SEBI-registered Research Analysts. It offers regulatory fit with SEBI compliance at its core, an all-in-one workflow covering client acquisition, KYC, recommendations, invoicing, and notifications, plus investor discovery so clients can find you based on your investment style.

Go to Create Group and connect your private Telegram channel, create a subscription plan at your chosen price point, connect the Telegram group to the subscription, then publish your advisory once subscribers are in place.

Yes. You can create multiple plans at different price points — for example, a basic, growth, and premium tier. Subscribers choose the plan that suits them. Each plan can have its own Telegram group and delivery settings.

Yes. SEBI prohibits certain language in RA marketing and subscription copy. Prohibited terms include '1:1', 'one-on-one', 'Advisory' (in plan names), 'tailored', 'personalised', 'Financial Planning', and 'Portfolio Management'. Safe alternatives include 'dedicated session', 'direct views', 'complete holdings review', and 'portfolio design'.

There is no mandatory publishing frequency on InsightPier. However, consistency is the single biggest driver of subscriber retention. Analysts who publish at a predictable cadence — whether daily, weekly, or event-driven — consistently see lower churn than those who publish sporadically.

No. Once a recommendation is published and delivered, it cannot be recalled or modified. You can publish a follow-up update, but the original delivery stands. Always review all details carefully before publishing.

No. SEBI strictly prohibits any assured, guaranteed, or fixed return promises. All recommendations must be presented as research for informational purposes only — never as a guarantee of returns.

Payments go directly from the subscriber to your SEBI-validated UPI at the time of subscription. InsightPier does not hold or pool subscriber funds. Your UPI must be in the format: name.ra@validbankname.

InsightPier charges a flat 5% commission on GMV, or ₹100 — whichever is higher. This is deducted from your InsightPier wallet when a subscription comes in. You maintain the wallet with a balance to cover these fees.

If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the platform commission on a new subscription, service continuity may be affected. We recommend maintaining a buffer balance at all times. You can recharge via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS from your analyst dashboard.

As per SEBI/RAASB guidelines, the current fee cap is ₹1,51,000 per annum per client family. This applies to Individual and HUF clients across all research services combined.

InsightPier enforces SEBI-validated UPI for all RA payments, KYC via Aadhaar OTP-based eSign through Digio, an RA agreement with SEBI-mandated disclosures signed before any service is rendered, and grievance redressal linked to SEBI SCORES.

No. SEBI regulations prohibit RAs and their associates from trading in securities they have recommended. Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to subscribers.

InsightPier's bot is added as an admin to your private Telegram channel. It automatically adds users when they subscribe and removes them when a subscription expires. You do not need to manage this manually.

Yes. Every time a client subscribes or renews, an invoice is automatically generated. Invoices include RA name, client details, service description, amount, GST (if applicable), and date. Both the RA and the client can download invoices from the platform.

Sharing free Public Recommendations builds trust and attracts subscribers. Once a client discovers you, they can subscribe, complete KYC, and onboard entirely within the platform.
