These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") are a legally binding agreement between you "user" or "subscriber", and the website and its owner i.e Insightpier Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company having its registered office situated at H.No. 57, 95/B, Gopalpura Bypass Rd, Chhayadip Nagar, Shri Gopal Nagar, Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302018. These terms and conditions govern your access and right to use our website and the services we offer on this platform.

InsightPier is an online platform providing investment advisory through SEBI-registered Research Analysts to the users and subscribers who are looking for their financial advice and investments ("Users" or Subscribers"). You can make your investment decision by following the well-curated research report of the Research Analysts who are SEBI-registered analysts.

1.2 Use of website:

You can browse the publicly accessible parts of the Website without any payment or fee; however, you are required to create an account on the website by registering yourself as a user/ subscriber to access the research and reports published by the Research Analysts on the website for making any informed investments choices.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop all access and use of the website. We may require you to agree to additional terms in connection with specific services, provided either by Insightpier or its affiliates. You agree to be bound by supplemental terms of any specific service that you access or use via our platform and/or are available by hyperlink on our platform. We may ask you to agree to those supplemental terms by way of 'acceptance'. Should you choose to avail any specific service, you may be required to complete forms and provide additional data/information as may be desired by our website.

1.4 Separate Role-Specific Agreements:

For your information, these terms cover general website use and subscription as a user, and if you desire to act as a research analyst and become part of the Research Analysts on our platform, you'll need to review and enter into a separate Agreement before you can proceed. Such agreement shall provide role-specific obligations, pricing, payments, commissions, and SEBI-related compliance requirements, which are not covered here.

2. Modifications to These Terms

We might need to modify, amend, or replace these terms from time to time at our sole discretion, depending upon the regulatory requirement, addition, or subtraction of the services we provide. When we do this, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. It's your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and no separate communication will be provided in this regard, and any separate communication shall be at sole discretion of the Company. Your continued use of the website after changes means you have accepted them. If you object to any modification, you shall immediately stop using the Website.

3. Eligibility and Account Management for a user or subscriber

3.1 Age Requirement.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register for an account or access any feature that requires registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally eligible to use the website and its services. You will be required to provide access to your Email ID, social media credentials, and Contact number and all details required for KYC Registration Agency ("KRA") to enable us to open an account on this platform and purchase any subscription plans.

3.2 Account Registration.

To purchase research or follow Research Analysts or apply as an Advisor/ Research Analysts, you need to register an account and sign a separate Research Analyst Agreement. You agree to:

Provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times while registering the account.
Promptly update your information if it changes. If you don't do this, it's a breach of these Terms and could lead to your account being suspended or terminated.

3.3 Account Security.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activities that happen under your account. Please do not disclose your password to anyone. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses that occur because you failed to secure your account.

3.4 Suspension and Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Website, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms or if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

4.1 You are required to create an account to avail all the features of this platform, including (a) subscription to research reports shared by the research analyst (b) Purchase individual Content items, (c) subscribe to Research Analysts for recurring access, as per requirement of the website for providing various services etc.

4.2 Fees are the prices "as displayed on the Platform" when you order, along with taxes.

4.3 Subscription fees are billed on the same calendar date each cycle. If your payment fails, you have a three (3)-day grace period to update your payment details before your access is suspended for various services as may be required by the website.

4.4 Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the then-current rate if you avail of auto-renewal. We will send you renewal reminders 7 days beforehand.

4.5 You can cancel anytime via your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle; we do not give prorated refunds. To stop auto-renewal, you need to notify us at least five (5) business days before your next billing date for various services as may be required by the website.

4.6 The company reserves the right to cancel your subscription or suspend your account in case of failure to pay any dues.

5. Consent to Communication

5.1 By using the services and providing your contact information, you consent to receiving information about, and offers for, various products and services from InsightPier, its affiliates, or third parties.

5.2 These communications may occur through multiple channels, including but not limited to telephone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, other messaging services, or any other physical, electronic, or digital means.

5.3 You authorize InsightPier, along with its partners, service providers, vendors, and third parties, to contact you for purposes such as:

Presenting or soliciting interest in other products or services;
Sending marketing materials, offers, or other relevant information.

5.4 You consent to receiving such communications on the phone number or mobile number you provided, and you expressly waive any registration or preferences you may have under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) in accordance with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations.

6. Information We Collect and How We Use It

6.1. Information You Provide.

When you register, you are required to provide your contact details such as contact number, email-ID, age birth, Address, and any additional information as required as per KRA. If you're a subscriber or user and make purchases, we may collect the personal data you voluntarily submit that is required to open an account on this platform or provide the services offered. This may include things like your name, mobile/ phone number, email address, residential/ business address, PAN, Aadhar, etc.

6.2. Information Collected Automatically.

We automatically collect technical data from your browser or device. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs, pages you visited, time spent, and diagnostics. We may also collect your credit history using PAN and Aadhar number. We may also collect your DMAT Holdings, mutual fund, or investment details from the depositories as required to provide better services and products.

6.3. How We Use Your Data.

We use your data to operate and improve the Platform, verify your identity, process your transactions, communicate with you, analyse how the Platform is used, and for security and fraud prevention.

6.4. Due diligence:

You acknowledge and agree that Insightpier may undertake enhanced due diligence measures (including any documentation), to satisfy itself relating to due diligence requirements in line with the requirements and obligations under Applicable Laws. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all Applicable Laws, including but not limited to the provisions of the RBI Guidelines on Payment Gateways, Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, KYC Guidelines, etc. issued by the RBI as may be amended from time to time that may apply to you in connection with our business and use of Platform or Services.

6.5. Privacy Policy & Data Retention

Any legal action related to these Terms or the Platform must be brought only in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. All disputes should be referred to Arbitration to be held in Jaipur.
