No guaranteed returns. No content on this Platform guarantees returns or profits. Assured, guaranteed or fixed-return schemes are prohibited by law and are not offered on InsightPier. Recommendations come from the analyst, not from InsightPier. Any research, advice or recommendation on the Platform is issued by the individual SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser you choose to follow, as they are registered and authorised to do. Limitation of liability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Grievances. For any complaint about research or advice, first contact the concerned analyst using the contact details and grievance/escalation matrix on their profile. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may lodge it with SEBI through the SCORES portal (https://scores.sebi.gov.in); regulated entities are required to resolve the complaint and submit an Action Taken Report within 21 calendar days and thereafter seek Online Dispute Resolution through the SmartODR portal (https://smartodr.in). Our only official social media handles are LinkedIn (linkedin.com/company/insightpier), X (x.com/insightpier), and YouTube (youtube.com/@InsightPier). InsightPier never promises assured returns, guaranteed profits or "exclusive" investment opportunities on any channel, and does not make unsolicited investment-related calls or send unsolicited investment messages. InsightPier associates only with SEBI-registered analysts. Please verify any communication claiming to be from InsightPier against these official channels, and beware of impostor accounts, fake "InsightPier" groups, or anyone promising guaranteed returns in InsightPier's name.
